If you need to return or exchange your purchase for any reason, speak to our customer servicer and ship back to us in brand new condition within 14 days of your purchase. We’ll get you a refund.
Yes! Pretty much everywhere. If you have a preferred carrier or live in a seriously remote location let us know and we can make special arrangement to make sure you receive your parcel. Also, remember your country may levy taxes, customs fees, or import duties on the purchase that you'll be responsible for.
